Easy Oven Roasted Vegetables

Our usual vegetable go-to around here is a fresh salad. But sometimes I want something different, and on those nights I often make Easy Oven Roasted Vegetables. The kids love it, and as the title says…it’s easy!

Easy Oven Baked Vegetables
Prep Time: 5 Minutes Bake Time: 30 Minutes Serves: 8

Ingredients
Mix of Raw Vegetables (I usually use a mix of around 15oz each of Cauliflower, Broccoli, and Carrots)
1/2 Cup of Olive oil
1tbsp Kinder’s Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
1tbsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic and Herb Seasoning
2tsp minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Set oven to 375.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Stir until vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Spray a large oven sheet with nonstick spray and evenly spread the vegetables on it.
  5. Place into the oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Other Vegetable Ideas: Onion, Sweet Peppers, Zucchini, or Squash

This is a great side dish to have with our One Pot Mac N Cheese!
